Pembangunan jembatan,jalan dan tol.

Untuk pelabuhan dan jalur laut, pemerintah memprioritaskan pembangunan di kawasan Indonesia Timur, seperti Pelabuahan Laut Tapaleo di Maluku Utara dan Untia di Makassar. Diharapkan, seluruh infrastruktur yang ada dapat menunjang perekonomian regional maupun nasional.
Jaringan telekomunikasi nasional

Setelah jalur transportasi dan fasilitas publik, jaringan telekomunikasi juga dikebut pengerjaannya. Seperti yang diutarakan oleh Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Menkominfo) Rudiantara proyek Palapa Ring akan tuntas di akhir tahun 2018. Bahkan, jaringan di sebelah barat telah selesai dan sudah dioperasikan atau commercial operation data (COD).
