Dapat 22 Luka Gigitan, Suhermawan Hanya Diberi Uang Rp100 dari Pemilik Anjing Pitbull

Suhermawan, Satpam kompleks Rajawali, Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat, yang diterkam anjing Pitbull melaporkan kejadian yang dialaminya ke Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (18/12/2018).
 Penyerangan anjing jenis Pitbull terhadap seorang satpam kompleks perumahan di kawasan Gunung Sahari Utara, Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat ini terjadi pada Kamis pagi (13/12/2018) lalu.
Suhermawan yang bekerja sebagai satpam di kompleks tersebut mengalami luka yang cukup serius di beberapa titik di tubuhnya.
Hermawan lantas melaporkan pemilik anjing pitbull tersebut, Ho Andry ke Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat.
Perkembangan terbaru dari kasus itu dikutip dari Wartakotalive.com, kedua belah pihak telah melakukan kesepakatan damai.
Hermawan yang diwakili istrinya Eva serta kuasa hukumnya, Azam, mendatangi Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat.
Menurut Azam, terdapat surat perjanjian damai yang dilakukan Eva dan Ho Andri atas kasus penyerangan anjing pitbull itu.
Perjanjian damai itu menyebutkan Andry mau bertanggung jawab menanggung biaya pengobatan, operasi hingga penyembuhan Hermawan.
Sayangnya, tidak dicantumkan nominal uang yang akan diberikan Andry kepada Hermawan dalam perjanjian damai itu.
Suhermawan, Satpam kompleks Rajawali, Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat, yang diterkam anjing Pitbull melaporkan kejadian yang dialaminya ke Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (18/12/2018).
"Tapi tidak ada nominal disebutkan di surat itu, hanya ada bersedia bertanggung jawab saja dan pihak kesatu (Eva) agar bersedia untuk tidak akan melanjutkan perkara tersebut ke polisi. Karena telah diselesaikan secaa kekeluargaan," ujar Azam saat ditemui di Mapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (18/12).
Menurut Azam, Andry memberikan uang sebesar Rp100.000 kepada Eva sebagai biaya awal perawatan pada Jumat (14/12/2018), saat Suhermawan dirawat di RS Mitra Keluarga.
"Coba bayangin, korban hanya diberikan uang Rp 100.000 saja. Padahal ada 22 luka gigitan disekujur tubuh. Perawatannya harus pakai 2 suntikan anti-infeksi dan anti-rabies. Apakah itu pantas?" kata Azam.
Akhirnya, beberapa hari selanjutnya Eva meminta uang kembali pada Andry sekitar Rp2.700.000 untuk biaya operasi suaminya.
Eva yang diminta datang ke rumah Andry untuk mengambil uang pun pulang dengan hanya diberi Rp800.000.
"Katanya sisanya Jumat pekan ini. Tapi ini saya sudah habis uang banyak, karena enggak ada uang lagi. Tapi saya WA enggak dibalas-balas," tutur Eva.
Awal kasus penyerangan anjing pitbull
Kasus penyerangan anjing pitbull kepada Suhermawan ini bermula, saat satpam tersebut menegur Andr pemilik anjing yang membawa anjingnya dengan tali.
Kapolsek Sawah Besar, Kompol Mirzal Maulana menjelaskan, Andry tidak terima ditegur oleh Hermawan sehingga menyuruh anjingnya untuk menyerangnya.
Korban lantas melaporkan Andry ke polisi dengan laporan LP No 2077/K/XII/2018/Restro Jakpus.
Berdasarkan informasi di akun instagram @gardasatwaindonesia, warga juga sempat mendatangi rumah pemilik anjing untuk menuntut atas kejadian itu sebelumnya.

Rupanya, Garda Satwa Indonesia, yayasan yang bergerak di bidang penyelamatan hewan ternyata sebelumnya sudah membuat laporan lebih dulu.
Diketahui anjing pitbull milik Andry sebelumnya juga sudah sering meresahkan wara.
Banyak kucing liar dan terakhir adalah seekor anjing warga yang diberi nama Jecky pada 18 November 2018 lalu hingga tewas bersimbah darah.
Dari kasus tersebut, Garda Satwa dan 126 organisasi pecinta hewan lain mengajukan somasi pada pemilik anjing dan sudah dilaporkan ke pihak berwenang.
Namun, Anisa, sekretaris Garda Satwa Indonesia tidak menggubris laporan tersebut.
"Hingga kini yang bersangkutan (pemilik anjing) tidak datang. Kami rencana mau gugat lagi, tapi ini malah ada kejadian yang lebih parah, anjingnya menyerang satpam," kata Anisa.
